Integrative Massage

A customized massage consisting of a range of modalities, among which may include,

Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Polarity, Trager Method and Reflexology.

Energy Work

An energy work session is conducted with the client fully clothed. 

An energy work session will include Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Shiatsu and Craniosacral Therapy woven together with the intention of bringing harmony to 

your mind/body/soul connection, leaving you with a deep sense of relaxation.

This session consists of gentle touch throughout.

Prenatal Massage

Massage for people that are through their first trimester of pregnancy. This massage is conducted in a side lying position

with a body pillow for support. This sessions consists of mostly Swedish Massage. Prenatal massage aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore

spots, improve circulation and mobility and create an overall sense of well being.
